Give your Mac
a new hobby.
Install Phosphene with Pinokio, the free launcher that handles setup and model downloads. One click starts the install. The models are big, so give them time. Your first scene is next.

Get the launcher.
Download Pinokio free from pinokio.computer. Open it and let it finish setting up.

Point it at Phosphene.
In Pinokio, choose Discover → Download from URL. Paste this address:

Click Install. Put the kettle on.
The first download is about 37 GB. It includes LTX-2.5 and the supporting models for prompts and video controls. Pinokio handles the setup. If your Wi-Fi drops, the downloads can resume.

Make your first scene.
Click Start → Open Panel. It opens in your browser, but runs on your own Mac at 127.0.0.1:8198. Describe a shot and its sound, then press Generate. You can add Hailuo H3 and Music Studio from inside the app, one click each.
A native Mac app is on the way.
Phosphene.app is in development and will be free. For now, Pinokio is the way in. Follow @PhospheneAI for release news.

Press Update in Pinokio, then restart Phosphene. Your renders, settings, models and trained characters stay put. See what's new in the release notes.
