Paid plans are not on sale yet. This policy applies when purchases open. The free app stays free, and joining the launch list is not a purchase.

14-day refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, including the one-time Founding purchase (3 years). You do not need to give a reason. This window applies to first purchases, not to each subscription renewal.

How to request a refund

Email support@phosphene.video from the address used for your purchase, with your order reference if you have it. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop, and refunds are returned to your original payment method through it.

Cancel a subscription anytime

You can cancel from your account with our payment provider or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Founding is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel; it ends after 3 years and does not renew. Cancelling does not affect the free app.

Termination for prohibited use

A breach of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in termination of a paid licence without refund, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
