Hailuo H3 on Mac can now join keyframes, extend a shot, lip-sync your audio and give silent footage sound. Plus the character fix and install repairs through 4.19.6.

Like the shot, but want it to keep going? Have a song and a face that ought to sing it? In 4.19, Hailuo H3 gets more ways to work with footage and audio you already have. You can guide a scene, keep a good take rolling or give a silent clip something to say.
It’s available now. Press Update in Pinokio, then restart Phosphene.
Give the shot somewhere to go
Keyframes let you choose the end frame, a start and end pair, or stills at specific moments. H3 builds the motion between them. The clip above starts with a coffee and ends three days later. Bizarro has looked better.
Extend keeps a clip going for up to 15 more seconds. Pick one from your gallery, including a clip made with LTX. You can build on a take you like without starting from scratch.
Bring your own sound. Or make some.
Lip-sync now lets you choose H3 as the engine. Give it your voice recording or song and it makes the picture follow. Your audio stays exactly as supplied. For singing, leave “Listen to the voice only” on so the mouth follows the vocal.
Add sound works the other way around. Keep your silent video exactly as it is and have H3 generate the audio.
Ten- and fifteen-second H3 shots also join more smoothly now. Each five-second window sees the end of the previous one, including its picture and sound.
Your trained character should look like you again
A character file could load successfully and still fail at its one job: keeping the likeness. Since June, character training had been saving values in the wrong order. The file changed the output, so nothing flagged it, but the face wasn’t there.
New training saves correctly. Updating also repairs the character files you already have and keeps the originals beside them. Credit to @tanis2000 for finding, fixing and proving the bug.
The fixes through 4.19.6
- Trained voices save correctly again.
- Ingredients uses your reference pictures in LTX-2.3 video again, and you can switch LTX versions in the app. Thanks, @blackest.
- Renders use pinned library versions, so an upstream update can’t silently swap out a working dependency. If the install drifts, the app offers Repair before rendering.
- Hailuo H3 installs a tested set of libraries.
- FLUX.2 and Qwen-Image-Edit work again on fresh installs after an image-library update broke them.
- Prompt processing is less likely to lose a render to a graphics-chip error.
The full release notes have the details. For a good first experiment, take a clip you already like and see what happens five seconds later.
