Storyboard
Storyboard plans a whole film from one idea, renders every shot, lets you grade them, and hands the keepers to the Editor. Its steps run across the top: 1 Plan, 2 Shots, 3 Edit, 4 Film.
1 · The brief
- Concept — the film in a sentence or two.
- Shots — how many, roughly: 6 a scene, 12 a short, 24 a film, 36 long, or One Shot with its own length.
- Engine — Auto (character shots go to LTX, everything else to Hailuo H3), Hailuo H3 (voice and sound) or LTX (characters).
- Soundtrack — a track turns it into a music video cut to the beat, at 1, 2 or 4 bars.
- Look — goes on every shot. Who’s in it — optional, with a wardrobe line.
- Where it happens — one line per place; shots reuse them.
- Shots it must include — one per line.
- Auto plans, renders every shot, cuts and makes the film in one go. Start each shot from a still (LTX) and Long shots (chained 5-second passes, needs the Q8 pack) are further options — the ? beside them explains each.
Press Plan film. Writing the plan takes about a minute and renders nothing yet.
2 · The shot list
Each shot card has its prompt, its cast and length, a voice chip when it has spoken lines, and ↑ / ↓, the dice (a new seed) and ✕. Drag cards to reorder, or use + Add a shot. Draft pass is what you watch first; Delivery pass is what you keep.
Render all drafts starts the renders; Pause, Stop shot and Stop film control them (Stop film keeps everything already rendered). Re-plan… writes a new shot list from notes while keeping the concept and the look.
Grading
Every rendered clip gets KEEP, RE-ROLL or CUT. RE-ROLL asks what should change? — that note goes back to the planner.

Click a shot card first to focus it.
| K R C | Grade the focused shot: K Keep · R Re-roll · C Cut — the same key again clears it |
| ⎋ Esc | Collapse the docked player back to the shot list |
- Rewrite re-plans only the RE-ROLL shots, from your notes.
- Render remaining renders what is left.
- Finish keepers renders the KEEP shots at the delivery pass.
3 · Into the Editor
3 Edit, Open in Editor on the board list, or Re-cut in the Editor on the film screen all open the board’s shots as a timeline. See Editor.
